I
have been a pastoral counselor since 1989 when I completed my doctoral
work in the psychology of religion. Since that I time I have served on
the staffs of two churches, directed a counseling center, operated a
private practice, and served as a supervisor and consultant to a few
agencies.
My family and I are active members of DaySpring Baptist Church, where I have the opportunity to teach and preach from time to time. I also enjoy providing seminars and workshops for other area congregations.
I
am married to Holly Eades, a former 5th grade teacher who is now
enjoying a second career as a registered nurse. She is currently the
nurse at Waco High School, where she takes care of her 2000 "kids." We
have three children, Abigail, Benjamin, and Olivia.
